Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
80% of prepaid payments are refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or earlier.

70% of prepaid payments are refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit
A pre-authorization of 1000 is due 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure.

Message
For each confirmed reservation, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the amount of the stay is requested, the balance of the amount of the stay will be due at least 60 days before arrival (the deadline may be 90 days for special periods).
